  On arrival greeted by the manager Ady, who was very friendly and helpful. He found me a great deal. Carpets were fitted a few days later by Ben who was very professional. Couldn't be happier with the result. Thank you.

  Good selection of carpets within our price range, staff were happy to answer all my questions re make, backing, fibre content etc and offered sound advice on underlay etc. We got an extra 10% discount on the day of purchase and delivery was arranged to give us time to finish decorating the room to be carpeted. Fitter arrive promptly and did an expert job of fitting new gripper rods, underlay and carpet, also new plate at doorway. Tidy worker , took all old carpet away and we are very happy with our new carpet, a lovely cream , felt backed Saxony with 10 year guarantee.
